    What file formats do you accept?

    Instant Quote: STL or STEP (STEP files are converted for the estimate and checked by our team before printing). Custom Quote uploads: STEP, STP, STL, F3D, SLDPRT, PDF, DXF, SVG, and AI. Have a different format? Email it to us and we can help convert or clean it up.

    How long will my order take?

    Standard turnaround is 1–2 weeks from order approval. Rush (3–5 business days) and Expedite (1–2 business days) are available for an additional fee, subject to current capacity. We'll confirm timing on your quote.

    How do I pay?

    Instant-quote orders are paid by credit or debit card through our secure Stripe checkout. Custom quotes and invoices can be paid online by card, or by check, ACH, or purchase order — the payment terms are shown on your quote. For larger orders, we may request a deposit upfront.

    Can you do large production runs?

    Yes — we handle small to medium production quantities. For large volumes, reach out and we'll discuss lead times and volume pricing that makes sense for your project.

    Do you ship orders?

    Yes — we ship anywhere in the US via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping isn't included in online prices — we'll confirm the shipping method and cost with you before your order ships. Local pickup is also available at no charge from our Powell, TN location near Knoxville.

    What if I don't have a design file?

    No worries! Describe your project and we can help with design. We offer CAD modeling and artwork services to get your idea into a print-ready file.
